Why Life Alchemy?

Firstly, because the world of alchemy and the old alchemists have always attracted me (past lives?), and secondly, because of its broader meaning, that we can be part of a transforming, creative or unifying process that affects our entire life, as well as a lifelong commitment.
We "turn" ourselves into gold, and gold is perhaps the best-known and most popular energy quality in energy work, as it is pure and refined. The physical body also conducts it well.
We can even associate the life-giving, nourishing golden glow of the Sun with it. So it is an energy that can be brought into the body, experienced in the body, which carries the elevated and subtle "higher" attributes, into which we are also continuously transmuting.
